Our Contract:
Acceptance of your order commences when your order is dispatched. At this point the purchase contract starts and you will be sent a dispatch confirmation by email.
When you place an order to purchase any product we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we dispatch that product to you and is confirmed by an email we send to you confirming that we have dispatched (the 'dispatch confirmation email'). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the dispatch confirmation email to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a dispatch confirmation email to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract. You are seeking to enter into a contract with Carol Davies Ltd T/A Harts when you place an order.
We offer a 100% guarantee that if your are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered (including Sale items), we will exchange them or give you a refund for the items*, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
*Gift Box Charges - will not be refunded in the case of a return. Replacement items requested will not be gift boxed, so you may wish to retain any gift box received with the original order.
*Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return. However, should you request replacements for returned items, you will not be charged again for delivery. All replacement items are shipped via standard delivery.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Returns Period
Our normal returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. However, to allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts, the following exceptions apply:
- Christmas gifts ordered from November onwards may be returned up to January 20th.
- Valentine's gifts ordered from January onwards may be returned up to the 5th March.
(Please note that these dates are those by which any returns must be received back in our warehouse, so please allow sufficient time for your goods to reach us.)
If you wish to return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please complete the form accompanying your order and enclose it with the returned goods.

How do I cancel an order?
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase at any point from the time of ordering until seven working days after delivery.
To cancel an order email us at info@theunderweardrawer.co.uk stating the order number and giving clear instructions that you wish to cancel the order.
